USA
Glass art / standard items: 26.50 EUR shipping.
Jewelry: 15.99 EUR shipping; free shipping for jewelry orders over 250 EUR.
Low-cost small-item shipping is not available for the USA.

Rest of the world
Jewelry: 13 EUR shipping.
Glass art / standard items: 29 EUR shipping.
Eligible small/light items: 16-20 EUR depending on weight, up to 1.4 kg.

Returns and damaged parcels
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days and send photos of the item and packaging. For returns, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your order before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is caused by our error.
