This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit this website, buy in our shop or interact with our social media channels, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Website and hosting
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. When you visit it, technical data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system) is processed to deliver the site securely. This data is deleted after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure website).
The site uses technically necessary cookies (for example for the shopping cart). Any other cookies are only set with your consent via the cookie banner, where you can also withdraw your consent at any time.
3. Orders in our shop
To process an order we use your name, address, email address and, if given, your phone number (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Payments are handled by the payment provider you choose at checkout (for example PayPal or a card provider); we never receive your full card details. Shipping data is passed to the carrier (for example DHL). Invoices are kept for the retention periods required by tax law.
4. Contact
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we store your message to answer it and delete it once it is no longer needed (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
5. Social media
We run profiles on Instagram and Facebook (Meta), TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. When you visit those profiles, the respective provider processes your data under its own privacy policy; we only receive aggregated statistics.
6. Our own publishing tool (Cockpit) and TikTok
To manage our own social media posts we use a private application called Cockpit that is operated and used exclusively by us. It is connected to our own Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts and only transfers content we created ourselves (photos, videos, captions) into our own accounts. For TikTok, videos are uploaded through the TikTok Content Posting API into the inbox of our own TikTok account and published by us from there.
The application does not access data of other users, does not store data of third parties and is not available to anyone else. It only processes the access tokens of our own accounts and the display name of the connected account, stored access-protected on our own servers within the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in managing our own channels).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. Please contact us at the email address above.
8. Changes
We update this policy when the law or our processing changes.
